Do I need to create a Garden Shop account to place an order?

No. You may order without a Garden Shop account. Creating an account will allow you to check the status of your orders and update shipping and billing information. If you check out as a Guest, your order is not saved on the website.

Do I need to create a Garden Shop account to receive my Longwood Gardens Membership discount?

No, simply login using your current Member login information. You must login as the primary Member on your Membership to receive the Member discount. The system will automatically recognize your active Longwood Membership and offer you the discounted price. Please note that we do not offer a discount on already discounted merchandise. The sale price is the final price.

Will Longwood Members receive a 20% Discount for online purchases on Member Appreciation Days?

Yes, when additional discounts in the Garden Shop are available for Members, the system will automatically recognize your active Longwood Membership and apply the correct the discounted price. Please note that we do not offer a discount on already discounted merchandise. The sale price is the final price.

My Longwood Member discount did not apply to my order. Can this be corrected?

Yes. If your order has not yet shipped, we will fully refund the order so you can repurchase the items to receive your discount. Existing Members must log in with the primary Member’s information listed on the account to receive Member benefits. The primary Member is the first name listed on the Membership card. If you would like to move forward, please send an email to shoponline@longwoodgardens.org and include your order number and request. Please note, discounts cannot be applied to orders that have already shipped.

My Order

How do I track my order?

Login to your Garden Shop account and look under “Orders”.

If you ordered as a Guest, you will receive an email once your order has shipped with your tracking information.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

All packages will have a UPS proof of delivery which states where a package has been left and is included in the tracking status. If the package cannot be located, please send an email to shoponline@longwoodgardens.org with the order number and we will contact you.

Are shipping charges by weight or value?

All Garden Shop shipping charges are based on the weight and dimensions of the order and the shipping zip code.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

Your purchase will ship through UPS and may only be delivered to a physical address. We cannot ship to a PO Box.

Do you ship live plants?

We sell a wide selection of plants in our Garden Shop located at Longwood Gardens. We do not offer shipping or delivery of live plants through our online store.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No. Each order can only be shipped to a single address.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping. All products are shipped in sustainable and recycled materials.

What if my order is a gift?

If your order is a gift, please be sure to make a note of it in the “Order Notes” section at checkout. We will not include an itemized receipt with prices.

Can I purchase gift cards at the Garden Shop online store?

At this time, we are unable to electronically issue or accept Longwood Gardens’ gift cards at the Garden Shop’s online store. Please call us directly at 610.388.5353. We will assist you in person over the phone in taking gift cards for payment. You can purchase gift cards online at longwoodgardens.org.

Do you have a size chart for apparel?

Yes. Size charts, when available, are shown under thumbnail images on a product. Please know styles may vary and our chart is for standard sizes. Please read product descriptions closely.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

No. At this time, the Garden Shop can only ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

Do you offer in-store pick up?

Yes. When in-store pick up is available, you may select that option as your shipping option. Please note, there are times when this option is unavailable.

If in-store pick up is selected as the shipping option, you will receive a notification email when your order is ready. Remember to wait for this email before heading to The Garden Shop. We will hold your order for up to 5 days. Orders not picked up after 5 days will be cancelled and refunded to the original method of payment. If you need to request an extension to pick up your order, please contact us at shoponline@longwoodgardens.org to avoid cancellation.
